We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3.3 Waitlist metadata

When you submit the waitlist form, we also record the date and time of submission and an internal source label identifying the signup form.

3.4 Information we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect payment card information, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or other special categories of personal data through the waitlist form. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age thresholds described in Section 14.

4. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

  • You, when you submit the waitlist form or contact us

6. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis:

  • Consent: when you submit the waitlist form, you consent to our use of your name and email to provide waitlist-related communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.

You may contact us for more information about transfer safeguards we rely on, where applicable.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Waitlist information is generally retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or we determine the information is no longer needed for waitlist administration and related communications, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. We may retain limited records longer where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
